Spontaneous Change of Scenery

My home life is starting to feel a little stale. It's just me and an asshole cat here now, and the house has existed in its current iteration since last Christmas. I figured it was about time to do some drastic rearrangement. Now, instead of opposite ends of the house, my desktop PC, router, server, 360, and PS3 are all in one (toasty) room.

For now, the photos I have show my MacBook making some sexy taim with my 23" Samsung LCD, inspired by @_erica and @mantia. Way jealous of that kinda screen. I kind of feel like mine is wasted on Windows 7. Unfortunately, my lack of a USB hub at the moment makes this setup highly impractical, even though I would love to do my Rails development on this kind of set up.

I need to come into money so I can get a new 27" iMac. Any takers?

Feline Drug Addict

My cat Riot's eyes always look like this. I'm not on any meds for him to get into, and neither is he. He's just always been that way. When his pupils are at the normal dilation for a cat, a vertical slit, I begin to fear for my own safety.

And no, I'm not choking him. If you look, I'm holding him across his front "shoulders", because he was fascinated by my iPhone and kept creeping forward when I tried to snap a shot of him.
